After a year of work I just closed a deal with Shango, Las Vegas, to redesign all their loyalty programs. Includes social WiFi and punch cards as well as a number of other items. $3K per month. He's not even using everything we set up, but you can create something good with KZ's products… especially when he's constantly improving them. This stuff is cool.
Just paid the setup fee per router and per campaign — then I charge them monthly. I am still finding the price points but I get $50 set-up per router and $150 a month per campaign. I give one report a month and one charge for this price. Now this customer has has many more services with us too. Now upselling.
So excited!!!! I signed up 2 weeks ago but haven't been active until this week… I walked into a restaurant today to pitch them on social WiFi. I told them: from $2,800 setup and $100/month, redo their website, redo their Facebook page, set up a Messenger campaign including 10 templates & sequences, do their citations, claim their Google, Foursquare, etc. — and they signed.
I've had two upsells to existing clients. Both were priced at $500 startup and will be billed $100 monthly. One is a Fitness Center and the other a Bowling Center / Sportsbar.
I've sold 2 hotspots and 2 advertisers on said hot spots. $1k setup, both $99/mo, advertisers $99/mo also.
Good day today!! Signed a new client on a 1-year contract. $1,497 for a year with the okay to run ads in the footer on the login page. Upsells to come!!
Just got the go-ahead from a local TBC owner for all 7 locations. This matters because I live in a resort town and 3 of his locations are right on the high-traffic boardwalk. Tens of thousands of summer foot traffic. I packaged the advertising as a discount — $997/mo down to $100/mo each, and the list and all data is mine. I would do this for the entire town.
Closed deal on a downtown hotel. The system is for the hotel lobby, but will open the doors to the convention business and possibly rooms. $997 setup and $250 per month. (This group owns 3 other hotels as well.) Opportunity is everywhere.
Just joined the group. I watched Kevin's webinar last night, pre-sold the pizza place in my building ($99 setup and $99/month) this morning, and signed up for the program shortly after. I hope to keep the current conversion rate.
Just finished installing my 3rd site. It's a private neighborhood community center, running an ad server with ads for my own company. BOOM! Just installed our first official WiFi and loyalty program. Owner was super happy to see it work and is excited about promoting it to his customers. My sales affiliates are stoked too — they see how easy it is to sell and set up. First of many.
Sold my first setup. As soon as they saw the demo — BAM! 'We need this,' is what they said.
Closed my first deal! Met with an owner and 2 managers. One manager absolutely loved it. The other said, 'Why don't people just get unlimited internet?' I was prepared… and I walked away with a check.
Just landed a big franchise with 45 locations and never have done one — each is 7,500 square feet.

Just went live with my 7th client! I have 3 more for next week confirmed. My goal now is 5 per week — meetings booked for most of next week already.
Just closed a small regional stadium — 3,500–4,000 seats. Outdoor stadium with some covered seating and food venue areas. They do not offer guest WiFi now. I use Open Mesh.
