The goal-setting and accountability framework for your first client in 30 days.
The 30-Day WiFi Challenge is a structured accountability framework developed from studying what separates resellers who close their first client in under a month from those who spend three months preparing. The difference is almost never skill. It is commitment, clarity, and cadence.
The 30-30-30 Goal Framework
Write these down right now. They only work when they are written.
30 Days: Where do you want your quota to be in 30 days? Set a specific client target. Not "I want to close some clients." "I want to close 2 paying clients by [specific date 30 days from today]."
30 Weeks (~7 months): Where do you want to be in 7 months? For most new resellers, this is 10-15 clients and $2,000-4,000/month in recurring revenue.
30 Months (~2.5 years): Where do you want to be in 2.5 years? This is the number that should excite you enough to push through the first 30 days. Write the MRR target. Write the number of client locations. Write what that revenue would change in your life.
The 30-30-30 framework works because most people only think about the immediate goal. Setting the 30-month target first changes your daily behavior. You are not grinding through cold calls — you are building a $200K/year business, and today is Day 1.
The 30-Day Action Plan

Tale of Two Salespeople
Non-action taker: "I'm not ready yet. I need to learn more before I start." Spends 3 months watching training videos and never contacts a prospect.
Action taker: "I'll learn while I do." Sends the first preview URL on Day 4 when they are 60% ready. Gets their first "that looks cool" response on Day 5. Has their first paying client by Day 22. Learns 10x more in 30 days of action than 3 months of preparation.
The training exists to give you a foundation. Execution is what produces results. Start on Day 1.
