MyWiFi now exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server in beta, enabling AI assistants and agent systems to query guest analytics, trigger campaigns, and provision locations programmatically via natural language.
Compatible with Claude, GPT-4, and any MCP-compliant client. Currently in beta — invite only. Available on MSP plans. Resellers can expose a scoped MCP endpoint to each client location.
Simplified pricing structure with three tiers. Annual billing now saves 20% across all plans. Per-AP pricing remains the same; base plan limits have been increased across the board.
Existing resellers are grandfathered into their current plan pricing until their next renewal cycle. No action required.
Resellers can now send one-time broadcast campaigns to WhatsApp-authenticated guests via the Campaigns dashboard. Supports template messages, rich media, and segmented audience targeting.
Requires WhatsApp Business API credentials (Meta partner or Twilio). Campaign delivery reports and read receipts are logged in the analytics dashboard.
New consent management module with per-purpose checkboxes (marketing, analytics, third-party sharing), timestamped consent records, and a self-serve data subject request portal for guest DSARs.
Fully compliant with GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA. Consent records are exportable as structured JSON for legal audits. Available on all plans.
Machine learning model trained on visit patterns now auto-segments guests into behavioral cohorts: Champions, Loyals, At-Risk, Lost, and Newcomers. Segments update in real time and can trigger automations.
Segments are surfaced in the Analytics dashboard and available as Automation trigger conditions. Powered by on-platform ML — no third-party data sharing.
New heatmap visualization shows guest density by zone, time of day, and day of week. Upload a venue floor plan and the system overlays real-time presence data from your AP cluster.
Requires compatible hardware (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, Ubiquiti). Heatmap data is retained for 90 days. Zone definitions are configurable per location.
Rebuilt Zapier integration with expanded trigger events (guest.connected, campaign.opened, profile.updated, segment.changed) and new action steps for creating guests and pushing segments.
Previous Zapier v1 workflows continue to work. Migration guide available in the integration documentation. Native Make (Integromat) support added in this release.
MyWiFi is developing the first guest WiFi platform integration with Cambium Networks' cnMaestro API, targeting full RADIUS provisioning, AP management, and real-time session data for Cambium hardware deployments.
Cambium ePMP, cnPilot, and XV series APs will be supported. Integration is currently in development.
MyWiFi adds WhatsApp OTP authentication for guest WiFi. Guests authenticate via a WhatsApp message, creating a direct WhatsApp marketing channel at the moment of login.
Available globally. Particularly high conversion rates in LATAM, EMEA, and SE Asia where WhatsApp penetration exceeds 80%. Requires WhatsApp Business API setup.
New bulk publish workflow lets resellers push portal design changes, campaign activations, and firmware update notifications across all client locations simultaneously with a single action.
Includes a staged rollout option (10% → 50% → 100%) and rollback in case a published change causes issues at a subset of locations.
