Week-by-week action plan to land 10 paying locations in your first month.
Ten clients in 30 days is achievable. Resellers who hit it share one trait: they started outreach on Day 1, not Day 14. This plan is built around that discipline.
Week 1 — Foundation and First Contacts (Days 1–7)
Day 1–2: Platform setup. Create your white-label brand. Configure your demo account with a sample venue. Take the Getting Started course if you have not already.
Day 3–4: Build 5 personalized preview portals. Pick 5 real businesses in your target vertical. Use Google Maps to find their logo and colors. Enter them in the Demo Generator. You now have 5 shareable preview URLs — ready to send before you have had a single conversation.
Day 5–7: First outreach push. Send 10 prospecting messages — a mix of walk-ins, LinkedIn DMs, and cold emails. Your message is simple: "I built a quick preview of what your guest WiFi login could look like. Worth a 2-minute look?" Attach or link the preview URL.
Goal: 2–3 replies and 1–2 demo conversations booked for Week 2.
Week 2 — Demos and Discovery (Days 8–14)
Run every booked demo using the FAST framework. Walk through the personalized portal you built for them. Ask the six discovery questions. Close with the risk-free 14-day trial offer.
Continue outreach: 10 new contacts, aiming for 3 new discovery conversations.
Goal: 1 trial started. 5+ active prospects in pipeline.
Week 3 — Follow-Ups and Conversions (Days 15–21)
Most deals close between the 3rd and 5th contact. Follow up every prospect from Weeks 1–2 with a value-add message — a stat relevant to their vertical, a campaign example from a similar venue, or a "your preview is ready — have you had a chance to look?" nudge.
Run new demos from Week 2 bookings.
Goal: 2–3 trials active. First paying conversion from the earliest trial.
Week 4 — Close and Install (Days 22–30)
Your earliest trial client has 3 weeks of data. Schedule the review call. Show them their numbers: contacts captured, campaign open rates, estimated value. Transition to a paid plan. If they converted, use that as social proof in outreach to remaining prospects: "We just launched our first client in your area — [vague description] — they captured 180 contacts in 21 days."
Goal: 2+ paying clients. $600–$1,000/month in MRR. Pipeline with 5+ warm prospects feeding Month 2.
Why 10 Clients Is a Different Target Than 5
Five clients is a side income. Ten clients is a business. At 10 locations averaging $199/month, you generate $1,990/month MRR. Your platform cost (Agency tier) is $499/month. Net margin before your time: $1,491/month. That is enough to justify part-time focus and fund your next month's growth. Five clients does not create that psychological shift — ten does.
