Battlecard content for the four most commonly encountered competitors.
When a prospect says they are looking at a competitor — or currently using one — your response determines whether you win the deal or lose it. Know these battlecards cold. Never badmouth a competitor. Position on differentiators, not on criticism.
vs Purple WiFi
Purple is the largest legacy player. It sells to enterprise chains directly — hotels, airports, stadium venues. Most Purple installations are handled by their own sales team, not resellers.
Where MyWiFi wins:
Positioning statement: "Purple is built for large enterprise brands who buy direct. We are built for resellers who want to own their client relationships, work with any hardware, and offer capabilities Purple has not delivered yet — including WhatsApp login, which their platform does not support."
vs Beambox
Beambox is a UK-based platform that sells primarily direct to SMB venues in Europe and Australia. It has a clean UI and a good reputation for ease of use.
Where MyWiFi wins:
Positioning statement: "Beambox is a consumer product — it is great for a single café owner who wants simplicity. It is not built for resellers or agencies who need white-label, multi-client management, and API access. If you are building a services business, you need a platform that works for you, not one that competes with you for the client relationship."
vs StayFi
StayFi is a niche player focused exclusively on short-term rental and vacation rental properties. They integrate with Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking platforms.
Where MyWiFi wins:
Positioning statement: "StayFi is excellent at one thing in one vertical. If all your clients are vacation rental operators, it is worth a look. If you want to build a business across any type of venue — restaurants, gyms, hotels, retail, healthcare — you need a platform that is not limited to a single niche."
vs GoZone WiFi
GoZone is a US-based reseller-focused platform with a similar model to MyWiFi. It is often the most direct comparison a prospect will make.
Where MyWiFi wins:
When you encounter a GoZone comparison: focus on WhatsApp login (zero-friction OTP, 95%+ open rates, no app install), hardware breadth, and the reseller support quality. Do not get into feature-by-feature comparisons — keep the frame at the level of business model fit.
