Where can I download firmware for my router?

This advice applies to you if you have purchased a device locally (and not a pre-configured device from our store) that needs our firmware to connect properly. MyWiFi will tell you when you add the device if this applies to you.

When you add your device to the MyWiFi platform, after you enter the device information, MAC address and model number, there will be a large red button labeled Factory to Social Powered WiFi - Firmware Download.

Clicking this button will download the firmware file to your computer.

Once that's downloaded, you'll need to install the firmware on your device.
